By downloading, installing, or using the Looper app ("the app", "Looper") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Looper Caddie Ltd (or its sole-trader equivalent), UK.
Looper is a golf scoring and performance app that lets small groups of golfers record rounds, compete on group leaderboards, and access AI-powered coaching tools. The app is available for iOS (App Store) and as a progressive web app.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Looper. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use someone else's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you have violated these terms.

We provide tools to report content and block other users. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
When you post scores, captions, comments, or other content ("UGC"), you retain ownership of that content. By posting it, you grant Looper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the service.
We are not responsible for UGC posted by other users. If you see content that violates these terms, please use the in-app report function (the flag icon on each feed card).
Looper uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to provide coaching reviews, scorecard parsing, stats analysis, and practice plans. AI output is generated automatically and is not a substitute for qualified coaching advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on AI coaching output for medical, fitness, or other professional decisions.
Looper is available for free with the following usage limits: 1 AI review per month, 1 AI practice plan per month, up to 3 leaderboard views, competitions and advanced stats analysis require a premium subscription.
Looper Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available at £2.99 per month (price may vary by region and is subject to change). Premium unlocks unlimited AI reviews, unlimited practice plans, all leaderboard views, competitions, and full stats analysis.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore purchase" in the app to re-link your subscription to your account.
The Looper name, logo, and all original content in the app are owned by Looper Caddie Ltd. You may not use them without our written permission. Golf course data is provided under licence from GolfAPI.io and is subject to their terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. GPS distances are indicative only — always confirm distances with on-course markers and exercise your own judgement on club selection.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Looper Caddie Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You may stop using Looper at any time. You can delete your account from the Players tab in the app; this will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use of Looper after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance.
